Awareness Seminar was organised at

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha /Mar 4 : An Awareness Seminar was organised today at Smt. Urmila Devi Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Kharkan (HSP) to mark the Foundation Day of the Eye Donation Association, Hoshiarpur (EDA).
The seminar witnessed the gracious presence of the College Management, faculty members, students, and EDA team members. The event aimed to spread awareness about eye donation and encourage youth participation in social service activities.
Prof. Bahadur Singh Sunet, Chairperson of the Eye Donation Association, addressed the gathering on the topic “Involvement of Youth in Social Activities”, emphasizing the vital role young people can play in bringing positive change to society.
S. Baljit Singh, General Secretary, highlighted the various activities and achievements of the Eye Donation Association and encouraged students to become ambassadors of eye donation awareness. S. Onkar Singh Dhami, EDA Member, also motivated students to actively participate in humanitarian initiatives and pledge for eye donation.
The function concluded with the honouring of S. Jasdev Singh Walia, Vice Chairman of Smt. Urmila Devi Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, in recognition of his support and contribution to social causes.
The seminar successfully inspired students to contribute towards the noble cause of eye donation and social responsibility.
