Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/July 22 : Originating from Hoshiarpur, Shri Garesa Films – a production house with over four decades of association with theatre and two decades with cinema, committed to humanity, society, and the nation – has delivered numerous acclaimed productions to the public. Recently, a short film “Gold Medal Da Dahej”, based on the story ‘Gold Medal Da Dahej’, written by former M.P. Shri Avinash Rai Khanna Ji directed by Ashok Puri was released for the public in Punjabi and Hindi. In its next phase, it is being prepared in the Gujarati language.
Now Shri Garesa Films is producing “No Challan Karo Dhyan” based on a story written by Avinash Rai Khanna Ji. Today, while announcing the film’s theme song “No Challan Karo Dhyan” written by Ashok Puri, Shri Avinash Rai Khanna shared that the theme song is sung by Kumar Vinod and that the theme of this film, apart from raising awareness about traffic rules, suggests that governments should not view traffic challans as source of revenue , but rather educate the public on traffic sense. He mentioned that with this idea, he has seen major improvements in traffic sense in the Garhshankar area. On this occasion, the film’s director Ashok Puri stated that this film will prove to be a lamp of knowledge for the society in the traffic world and the future generations and the administration will consider obeying traffic rules their duty. He also added that along with being a source of entertainment, it is essential for a film to be connected to a meaningful subject.
On this occasion, playback singer Kumar Vinod was honoured with flower garlands by Shri Avinash Rai Khanna, Advocate S.P. Rana, and director Ashok Puri. It is worth recalling that the theme song of the short film Gold Medal Da Dahej was also prepared by Kumar Vinod.
