Special Children Dance to Bhajans and Spread Happiness
Hoshiarpur/Sept 4/Daljeet Ajnoha : Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great devotion, faith and enthusiasm at Aatmsukh Aatmdev Aashram (For Living Gods), Old Kanak Mandi, Hoshiarpur.
On the occasion, the Aashram was beautifully decorated with flowers and a special पूजा and Aarti of Lord Shri Krishna were performed. The special children of the Aashram participated enthusiastically in the celebrations. They sang devotional bhajans of Lord Krishna and danced joyfully to devotional music, filling the entire atmosphere with spiritual fervour.
Some children dressed in traditional attire, adding further charm to the Janmashtami celebrations. The happiness and excitement visible on their faces deeply touched everyone present.
Sh. Navdeep Sud, President of the Aashram, was also present on the occasion and participated in the pooja, Aarti and Janmashtami celebrations along with the children. He said that such religious and cultural programmes help promote happiness, self-confidence, social participation and values among special children.
The programme concluded with the Aarti of Lord Shri Krishna followed by distribution of Prasad.
