Phagwara / Daljeet Ajnoha/July 28 : The elections of City Club Phagwara will be held on August 8. In this regard, a special meeting of the club’s senior members and prominent personalities of Phagwara was held. Those present included Ashok Sethi, Ashok Parashar, Naresh Bhardwaj, Ranjit Singh Khurana, Davinder Kultham, S. Uppal, Baljit Singh Walia, Harvinder Singh Walia, Avinash Gupta, Tejasvi Bhardwaj, Surjit Singh, Sandy, Vinod Varmani, Jatinder Singh Kundi, H.S. Basra, Vipin Bedi, Dev Sharma, Ramesh Lal Gaba, Varinder Dhingra, Mohanjeet Singh Jodha, Taranjeet Singh Kinra, Naresh Sondhi, and Rakesh Garg among others.
During the meeting, it was officially announced that Paramjit Singh Khurana will contest for the post of Vice President, Dharmendra Kumar Tony for Secretary, Rakesh Banga for Treasurer, and Agam Parashar for Joint Secretary. It is noteworthy that the Deputy Commissioner currently serves as the President of the City Club.
