Court rejects Sandeep Kaura’s

According to the complaint filed by the management of Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab regarding misuse of funds in the NSDC corruption scam, a case was registered against Sandeep Singh Kaura by the Nawanshahr district police under sections 316(4),318(4) of the IPC. In which NSDC funds related to the education of poor and oppressed children were misused. The complainant’s lawyer Karunesh Kehar said that in this regard, Sandeep Kaura had applied for anticipatory bail in the court of the District and Sessions Judge, Harish Anand Nawanshahr, but considering the seriousness of the NSDC and the allegations, the court has rejected this bail application.
