Cabinet Minister inaugurated the construction work of tubewell for ward number 31 and 42
Tubewell construction work is being done at a cost of Rs 29 lakh

Cabinet Minister Punjab Bram Shankar Jimpa said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is committed to providing clean drinking water to every household in the entire state. For this purpose, no stone is being left unturned to provide clean drinking water and drinking water tubewells are being installed there as per the demand of the wards. He was addressing the residents of the area while inaugurating the construction work of tubewell for ward number 31 and 42. Mayor Surinder Kumar, Senior Deputy Mayor Praveen Saini, Deputy Mayor Ranjit Chaudhary were also present on this occasion.
While starting the construction of the tubewell being installed at a cost of about Rs. 29 lakh, the Cabinet Minister thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann due to whom all the pending works in the state have been completed on priority basis. He assured the residents of the area that every problem in the area will be solved on priority basis. Bram Shankar Jimpa appealed to the city residents to make good use of water and not waste it. He said that keeping the city clean is also our priority. The Cabinet Minister said that this tubewell is being installed by the Water Supply Department with the efforts of the Municipal Corporation, the advantage of which is that along with the depth of the bore, water is also being tested, because the Water Supply Department in Punjab has a very good lab for testing water. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann, he said that he has left no stone unturned in providing water supply and irrigation tubewells to Hoshiarpur. He said that in Hoshiarpur assembly constituency, as per the demand of the people, tube wells have been installed for irrigation besides drinking water.
On this occasion, Councillor Monika Katana, Councillor Dripan Saini, Balwinder Katana, Satpal, Jai Ram, Sanjeev, Surjit Rai, Mohan Lal, Rajkumar, Vicky, Manik Anand, Ashu Anand, VK Parashar, Dr Mandiyal, Neeta and other mohalla residents were also present.
