Hoshiarpur /Daljeet Ajnoha/June 10 : Following the directions of Civil Surgeon Dr. Pawan Kumar Shagotra, District Immunization Officer Dr. Seema Garg held a meeting with the Area Medical Officers (AMOs) to review the functioning of the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK).
During the meeting, Dr. Garg emphasized that all data regarding visits to schools and Anganwadi centers by RBSK teams must be uploaded daily on the RBSK portal. She stated that monthly reports should be submitted by the 3rd of every month so that they can be forwarded to the state headquarters by the 4th.
She made it clear that only computerized reports would be accepted and that offline reports must match the content of online reports.
Dr. Garg further instructed that all forms must be correctly filled and submitted. The monthly format report, referral list, list of visually impaired individuals, and details of schools and Anganwadi centers visited should all be attached with the report. The logbook must be accurately completed and sent to the DIO office by the 2nd of each month.
Additionally, vehicle number, driver’s name, contact number, and driving license number must be mentioned. Separate referral lists for schools and Anganwadis, as well as lists of visually impaired individuals needing spectacles, should be sent through the eye care officer at the block level.
