Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Nov.24 : The Mata Ram Kaur Heritage Centre, established by retired IOFS officer Dr. A.S. Bilgir in the village of Bhungarni, Hoshiarpur district, celebrated its foundation day with great enthusiasm.
