Municipal Corporation issued WhatsApp number 94634-97791 for the convenience of the people
Out of the 255 complaints received so far, 250 have been resolved
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Oct 24 : Corporation Commissioner Dr. Amandeep Kaur said that the corporation is committed to providing complete basic facilities to the city residents under which necessary measures are implemented from time to time.
Commissioner Dr. Amandeep Kaur said that in another initiative by the corporation, a complaint cell has been set up in a separate corporation complex to immediately resolve the complaints of the general public, where employees have been deployed and WhatsApp number 94634-97791 has been issued to register the complaint on which people register their problems. She told that in the past days, 255 complaints have been registered by the people, out of which 250 complaints have been immediately resolved by the Municipal Corporation.
The Commissioner said that people registered their complaints from time to time on this WhatsApp number operated by the corporation and they were resolved immediately. She appealed to the people that they can take full advantage of the facility of this WhatsApp number and register complaints related to the basic facilities of their area, which are ensured to be resolved in a timely manner.
