Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/July 29 :
Passing Out parade and oath ceremony of new constables (batch no. 271) was organized at Sub Sidery Training Centre, Border Security Force, Khadka Camp Hoshiarpur. After retirement from the Indian Army, 29 new constables joined the Border Security Force and passed out after undergoing 28 weeks of rigorous training to protect the country’s border.
Will join their respective corps. On this occasion, Shri Sindhu Kumar, Inspector General Assistant Training Centre, Khadka was present in the parade as the chief guest along with Shri Birendra Kumar, Second Commanding Officer (Training), Assistant Training.
Welcomed by Centre, Khadka and officials.
In the parade, the chief guest was honored with the General Salute and the new reservists took the oath of allegiance to the Constitution and the country under the canopy of the national flag.
Addressing the parade, Chief Guest Shri Sindhu Kumar, Inspector General congratulated the new constables on the successful completion of the training and encouraged them to perform their duties with dedication and commitment. Appreciated their excellent display of confidence, skill and coordination during the parade which is the hallmark of the parade. He appreciated the new reservists for choosing BSF as a career option and inspired the new reservists to serve the country with courage and enthusiasm and come forward to join the army and forces at the call of the nation.
Addressing the parade, Shri Sindhu Kumar, Inspector General appreciated the hard work and efforts of Shri Birendra Kumar, Second Commanding Officer (Training) and the training team for molding the new constables into physically and mentally strong and empowered sentinels. . The chief guest wished the new constables a bright future.
