Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/June 8 ; Rayat Bahra International School organized an awareness seminar on the theme “Quality Education and School Administration,” in which all the teachers of the school actively participated. The objective of the seminar was to enhance the quality of education and promote effective leadership within school administration.
Campus Director Chander Mohan welcomed the esteemed guests at the beginning of the seminar and emphasized the importance of innovative strategies for academic excellence and administrative growth.
On this occasion, former MP Avinash Rai Khanna, Dr. Ritu, and Des Raj Sharma addressed the teachers, shedding light on the current educational practices and the vital role of school administrators in nurturing the mental and moral development of students. They stressed the need for a student-centered approach, continuous teacher training, and the integration of moral values and technology in classrooms.
The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Principal Rashmi Sharma, who appreciated the impactful messages shared by the speakers and acknowledged the teachers’ enthusiastic participation.
The entire staff of the school was present during the event.
