Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Mar.8 : The University School of Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle Design at Rayat Bahra Professional University hosted a grand event titled “Fashionista-2026.”
During the event, students showcased their creativity and style by presenting captivating fashion sequences and creative modeling performances. A total of 35 students, including international students, participated in the programme. The competition featured 25 rounds, where participants displayed their talent and confidence through different fashion sequences and modeling presentations. The audience highly appreciated the participants’ confidence, designs, and impressive stage presence.
Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra attended the event as the Chief Guest, while the programme was organized under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Dr. Chander Mohan and Head of Department Charanpreet Singh.
Speaking on the occasion, Gurvinder Singh Bahra said that the field of fashion and design is rapidly emerging as a promising career option for youth, and such events provide students with a platform to showcase their creativity and talent. He added that such programmes play an important role in developing students’ confidence and personality.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Chander Mohan said that the purpose of organizing the fashion event was to provide students with a platform to display their creativity, confidence, and talent in the field of fashion and modeling.
The event was attended by RJ Megha, RJ Gary and RJ Karan, Saroj Nakara, Manpreet Kaur, Ankur. Garg .
Finally, Head of Department Prof. Charanpreet Singh thanked the guests and said that such events will continue in the future to provide students with more opportunities to showcase their talent.
