Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha /Nov.20 : Lt. Gen. Ajay Chandpuria, AVSM, VSM, Commander of 11 Corps Jalandhar, visited Rayat-Bahra Professional University during a special programme. He motivated the students to contribute actively towards nation-building, national development, and to play a responsible role as youth. Senior Army officers also accompanied him during the event.
The programme began with Vice Chancellor Dr. Chander Mohan welcoming the distinguished guests. Group Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sanjay Singh presented a brief overview of the achievements of the Rayat-Bahra Group and the University.
Lt. Gen. (Retd.) J.S. Dhillon, AVSM, also graced the occasion and inspired the students with his rich experiences. During the interactive session, students enthusiastically asked questions and engaged in meaningful discussions with the Army officers.
The event was conducted by Dean Dr. Kuldeep Walia. Colonel Vishwant Rathour, Major Shantanu Mahapatra, Harinder Jaswal, Kuldeep Rana, Gurpreet Bedi along with faculty members were present.
