Rayat Bahra Professional University Hosts

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha /Nov.03 : A book launch ceremony for ‘Prernadayak ek safar’ a book based on the inspiring life of former Member of Parliament Avinash Rai Khanna, was held at Rayat Bahra Professional University. The book, written by renowned author Dr. Jyoti Verma, beautifully and sensitively presents Avinash Rai Khanna’s life struggles, leadership qualities, ideology, and selfless commitment to social service.
The chief guest of the program and Vice-Chancellor of the University, Dr. Chander Mohan, launched the book.
In his address, Dr. Chander Mohan said that ‘Prernadayak ek safar’ is not just a biography, but an inspirational guide that provides direction in life. He said that Avinash Rai Khanna’s life is a living example of discipline, dedication, and selfless service, which inspires young people to be aware of their duties and work for the benefit of society.
Author Dr. Jyoti Verma said that the purpose of writing this book is to strengthen a positive mindset, self-confidence, and a sense of social responsibility among the youth. She said that Avinash Rai Khanna’s life is a source of inspiration for all those who are selflessly dedicated to serving the country and society.
At the end of the program, Dr. Chander Mohan congratulated author Dr. Jyoti Verma for her excellent creative effort. He said that such works promote awareness, sensitivity, and a positive outlook in society. Prominent citizens of the city, teachers, and students were present on this occasion.
