Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Dec.7 : A special lecture dedicated to the Guruship anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji was organized by the University School of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Studies and Research of Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab. On this occasion, the Executive Dean of the University, Dr. Joginder Singh Arora, while presenting his views on the heroic qualities of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, said that Guru Ji, showing maturity as a worthy religious leader from a young age, sent his father Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji to Delhi to sacrifice himself for the protection of Tilak and Janjhu. Such deeds are visible in the entire life history of Aap Ji, which are not seen in the life of any other prophet of world religions. At this time, Assistant Professor of the Department, Dr. Aman Singh, after giving comparative information about Indian and Semitic religions, presented his views on the uniqueness of the Guruship tradition in Sikhism. Head of the Department, Dr. Manpreet Singh expressed his views on the history of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Guruship and Guru Ji’s Bani through Sikh historical sources. On this occasion, Head of Education Department Dr. Jagdeep Kaur, Head of Management Department Dr. Ashutosh Sharma, Head of Polytechnic Department Prof. Mandeep Singh Atwal and all the staff members of these departments were also present. On this occasion, all the PhD researchers of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Research and Studies Department were also present. In the end, Associate Professor of the Department Dr. Sondeep Monga expressed special thanks to Honorable Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura and Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Parvinder Kaur and all the audience present.
