Talwara Block Excels in District-Level

Students from Talwara Block displayed remarkable talent and determination at the district-level primary sports competitions, achieving commendable success across various events and earning accolades for their block.In wrestling (25 kg category), a Talwara student secured a gold medal, bringing immense pride to the block. The girls’ yoga team and boys’ kho-kho team both attained second positions, while the girls’ long jump participants also bagged second place. The tug-of-war and boys’ yoga teams finished third in their respective events.The event was graced by the presence of Pushpinder Singh, Sumati Kumari (Block Nodal Officer, Talwara), Chanchla Kumari, Gurbachan Singh, Inderjeet, Jyoti, Seema Kumari, Rohit Binny, and Sujata, along with other members of the teaching staff.Addressing the gathering, Block Nodal Officer Sumati Kumari congratulated the students and teachers, stating that this success reflects the students’ hard work, teachers’ guidance, and collective team spirit.
