Under the Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar program, a complaint redressal camp was organized in Bhaangala of Mukerian
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/July 24 : Under the Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar program of the Punjab government, the district administration organized a complaint redressal camp in the community hall of Bhaangala in sub-division Mukerian. During this, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal reached there and took stock of the camp and also heard the complaints of the people. On this occasion, SDM Dasuha Ashok Kumar, DSP Vipin Kumar, Tehsildar, BDPO and officers of other departments were also present.
Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that these complaint redressal camps are being organized in the entire state as per the instructions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, under which efforts are being made to take administrative services to the doorstep of the people. He listened carefully to the problems of the people present in the camp and directed the concerned departments for immediate solution. The objective of this program is to make government services more transparent and accessible, so that the general public can easily avail the benefits of their rights and services. Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that such camps strengthen the bridge of communication between the administration and the public and quick resolution of problems is possible.
Komal Mittal said that the main objective of the Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Dwar program is to understand the problems of the people closely and provide them immediate relief. He said that such camps will be organized in future also so that every citizen can get the full benefit of the schemes and services of the government. This camp was organized successfully and people expressed hope that more such camps will be organized in future, so that their problems can be solved more easily.
Various departments had set up their stalls in the camp, in which officials of departments including health, education, agriculture, electricity, water were present, who provided information and assistance related to important services. People visited various stalls and put forth their problems for health checkup, agriculture related advice, education related questions, and solution of electricity and water problems. The concerned officials tried to solve the problems on the spot and assured to settle the pending cases as soon as possible.
A large number of local people attended this program, who appreciated this initiative. People appreciated this effort of the administration and said that not only their problems are being resolved, but they are also getting information about their rights and government schemes.
