Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Feb.25 : The program was organized by Youth Sports Welfare Board under the leadership of Chairman Rajiv Walia. Wrestler Dalip Singh Rana The Great Khali arrived as a special guest in this program. While encouraging the players, he said that sports are an important part of life for today’s youth. Sports develop leadership skills in players. Sports are not just a means of entertainment. Rather, they are a priceless treasure for health. He said that the steps taken by Youth Sports Welfare Board Chairman Rajiv Walia and his team for sports are commendable. During this program, The Great Khali Dalip Singh Rana honored players Pratham Preet Singh and Kulwinder Singh Mann by giving them letters of appreciation and while wishing them, said that keep moving ahead in sports like this and keep achieving success. Rajiv Walia, President of Youth Sports Welfare Board thanked The Great Khali and said that it is a matter of good fortune for us that he took out time from his precious time for us. He said that the important work of the board is to connect the youth with sports and keep them away from drugs. On this occasion, Raj Kumar, coach Sukhdeep Singh Bajwa, coach Avdesh Kumar, Balwinder Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Sanjeev, Varun Kumar, Manisha Arora, Gagandeep Kaur etc. were present.
