Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Sept.25 : Today Mr. Sanjeev Narula-Managing Director & Mr. Tarun Chawla Director (Fin & Admin) in the presence of Sh. Depinder Singh-Chief Agriculture Officer along with his staff member’s, has done inauguration of rain water harvesting at Kheti Barri Bhawan, Chandigarh road, Hoshiarpur.
Mr.Chawla has addressed dignitaries present during this occasion and emphasized that by developing such water bodies in the city, we can create localized sources of rainwater bodies for maintaining water strata which include structures that facilitate the collection and subsurface infiltration of rainwater to recharge groundwater.Two rain water Harvesting pits of catchment area for 500-700Sq.m has been constructed.The value of this project is 5.35 lacs.These systems, channelize rainwater into the ground thus replenishing and raising water tables.
Further, another inauguration has been done today under its CSR initiatives by Mr. Sanjeev Narula-Managing Director & Mr. Tarun Chawla Director(Fin & Admin) for two newly built classrooms & renovation of washrooms at Govt. High School, Chagran in the presence of Principal & their staff members. The value of this project is 37 lacs. During this Occasion Mr. Tarun Chawla Director(Fin & Admin)has addressed the teaching staff and emphasized that the company has been initiating welfare activities of many educational Institutes within the city of Hoshiarpur and its nearby vicinity. The education,healthcare & environment is the basic needs of the present society and the company will keep on taking such initiatives for providing facilities on education,healthcare & environment.
