2100-Kundiya Shakti Mahayagya to Begin

Hoshiarpur | Daljeet Ajnoha/July 22 : A 2100-Kundiya Shakti Mahayagya for world peace will commence on February 26, 2027, at the Ancient Shri Siddheshwar Shiv Temple in Bassi Ghulam Hussain village, Hoshiarpur district. The grand spiritual event will be organized under the leadership of Swami Uday Giri Ji, with the blessings of the late Brahmleen Swami Basant Giri Ji Maharaj, and with the wholehearted support of devotees.
Preparations for the Mahayagya are in full swing, with volunteers and devotees continuously working under the guidance of Swami Uday Giri Ji to ensure the successful conduct of the event.
Addressing the gathering, Swami Uday Giri Ji said that the ancient temple regularly hosts religious and spiritual programmes dedicated to world peace and the welfare of humanity, with enthusiastic participation from devotees. He recalled that the 1101-Kundiya Havan Yagya, organized in February this year, was completed successfully with significant support from devotees, the district administration, and the government. Devotees had contributed food supplies, ritual materials, and other essential items, while prominent personalities from political, religious, administrative, and social fields also extended their valuable support.
Swami Uday Giri Ji expressed confidence that this year’s 2100-Kundiya Shakti Mahayagya has generated even greater enthusiasm among devotees, many of whom have already begun contributing according to their capacity. He appealed to the public to come forward and extend generous support to make the grand spiritual event a success.
