Hoshiarpur, July 1 : Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Jai Krishna Singh Rouri met Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Dharamshala today and sought his blessings. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA)India Region zone 2 Conference being held at the Himachal Vidhan Sabha, Tapovan, Dharamshala.
Secretary of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha, Ram Lok Khatana, was also present on the occasion. Deputy Speaker Rouri said that meeting the Dalai Lama and receiving his blessings was a memorable and inspiring experience for him.
