The release took place in the esteemed presence of Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab Chancellor S. Nirmal Singh Rayat, Prof. B.S Satyal Registrar, Mr. Vimal Manhotra CEO, and Dr. Naresh Gill Executive Dean, Er. Amandeep Singh Deputy Dean, Prof Narinder Bhumbla PRO Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab and Jugni Innov Co-Founder Vishal Singh, marking the formal launch of the preparations for Punjab’s most awaited grassroots innovation festival.
Jugaad Mela ( Inno Fest) is a unique platform that brings together grassroots innovators, young entrepreneurs, students from ITIs, colleges, and villages across Punjab, showcasing frugal innovations, affordable technologies, and creative solutions to real-world problems. The event not only highlights Punjab’s inventive spirit but also nurtures the next generation of problem-solvers and change makers.
This edition will feature Live exhibitions of frugal tech innovations and prototypes, Idea pitching sessions where young minds present solutions for social and economic challenges, Workshops and mentoring sessions to inspire entrepreneurship and innovation and Recognition of grassroots innovators who are shaping Punjab’s future.
