Ludhiana/Daljeet Ajnoha/Dec.17 : The Antim Ardas ceremony in the revered memory of renowned industrialist and social personality Late S. Avtar Singh Gujral was held with deep devotion and solemnity at Gurudwara Model Town Extension, Ludhiana. A large number of family members, relatives, members of the Sangat, and well-wishers gathered to offer prayers for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
The programme was spiritually enriched by the soulful Gurbani Kirtan rendered by Bhai Ravinder Singh Ji, Hazoori Ragi of Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, which created an atmosphere of serenity and remembrance.
Prominent members of the Gujral family, including Charanjit Singh (Raja), Kulbir Singh, Abhiraj Singh Ghai (son-in-law), Sonika (daughter-in-law), Gurdeep Kaur, Harpreet Singh, Barinder Singh Sobti, Gurpreet Kaur, Mankirat Singh, Nishan Singh, Harnadhar Kaur, Bandhana Kaur, and Harkirat Kaur, were present on the occasion.
Former Punjab Minister Bikramjit Singh Khalsa and several distinguished personalities from social, religious, and public life also attended the Antim Ardas to pay their respects and express condolences to the bereaved family.
