Decision to Honour Religious Faith

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Jan.23 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) district president Nipun Sharma has welcomed the Haryana government’s commendable decision allowing Hindu women to wear mangalsutras and Sikh students to carry the Sri Sahib (kirpan) during examinations.Sharma described the move as a strong expression of religious freedom, cultural respect, and constitutional rights. It enables students and women to appear for exams with their religious identity intact, free from mental pressure.He extended heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the BJP-led Haryana government and Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini for this sensitive and forward-thinking decision.Sharma added that the BJP government, guided by the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas” (Together with All, Development for All, Trust of All), is honouring the sentiments of every section of society. This step will strengthen social harmony and boost confidence among the youth.
