Annual Mela at Baba Sai

Hoshiarpur /Daljeet Ajnoha/May 21 :  The annual mela at the dargah of Baba Sai Namit Shah in Cheta village (SBS Nagar) will be held on May 24, organisers announced. The event is being arranged jointly by the town residents and the Heer family as every year, will be observed with great devotion and love.
Dr Surjit said that leading artistes including Parvez Alam, Satti Khokhe walia, R. Yogi and J.S. Takhar will attend the mela to sing praises of Sai Ji and seek his blessings. During the mela, the organising groups will set up refreshment stalls offering cool and sweet drinks, and a continuous langar (community meal) will be served to the devotees. Several volunteers were also present at the announcement.
