Hoshiarpur : Daljeet Ajnoha, June 22 : On the Occasion of International Yoga day,a yoga session was successfully organized at Vardhman, Hoshiarpur for the employees of Vardhman.
The yoga session was conducted by Mr. Dviya Prabhakar from Art of living, Hoshiarpur who guided participants through various yoga asanas, breathing exercises. He also highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life to improve physical fitness and mental well-being.
The program was highly appreciated by the participants and helped promote awareness about maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular yoga practice.
