New SHO assumes charge at

Hoshiarpur/ Sept. 23 /Daljeet Ajnoha Sub-Inspector Satnam Singh on Wednesday took over as the new Station House Officer (SHO) of Police Station Mehtiana in Hoshiarpur district.

At the time of assuming charge, SI Satnam Singh assured the public that every person visiting the police station would have their work attended to promptly. He said the police staff would ensure that grievances and complaints are dealt with in a time-bound manner.
Warning to anti-social elements
Addressing the station staff and others present on the occasion, the new SHO issued a stern warning to anti-social elements, drug peddlers and addicts. He asked those involved in any illegal activity to immediately desist from such acts, failing which strict action would be taken against them in accordance with the law.
The entire staff of Police Station Mehtiana was present on the occasion to welcome the new in-charge.
