AIMRA holds “Future Doctors of

Jalandhar / Daljeet Ajnoha/July 06 : The All India Medical and Research Association (AIMRA) successfully conducted one‑on‑one counselling sessions under the programme “Future Doctors of India — Jalandhar Edition 2026”. A large number of students aspiring to pursue careers in medicine, along with their parents, attended the event.
During the counselling sessions, experts provided detailed information on admission procedures, eligibility, counselling processes, scholarships, opportunities available at various universities and future prospects across a range of medical and health-related courses, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc, allied health sciences and doctoral (PhD) programmes. They also addressed students’ and parents’ queries on an individual basis.
On the occasion, AIMRA President Mr Krishna Kumar said that timely and accurate guidance plays a crucial role in shaping students’ futures. He added that the organisation aims to provide students with quality education, appropriate career options and access to expert mentoring so they can pursue their goals with confidence.
Expressing gratitude to the students, parents, teachers and collaborators present at the event, he said AIMRA will continue to organise such counselling and career guidance programmes across the country so that more students can benefit.
Participants praised AIMRA’s initiative, calling it highly useful for students’ future planning.
