Hoshiarpur /Daljeet Ajnoha/June 05 : Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab proudly celebrated world Environment Day 2025. Mr. Ankurjeet Singh, Deputy Commissioner, SBS Nagar was the chief guest of the event.
The event showcased students’ enthusiasm through spectacular cultural performances dedicated to environmental awareness including Poster Making, Slogan Writing, and Model Making Competitions, with active participation from students.
Medals and certificates were awarded to competition winners, encouraging environmental initiatives.
Mr. Ankurjeet Singh shared valuable insights on protecting our environment, focusing on actionable do’s and don’ts. He appreciated the vision and new age programs of the university.
Dr. Parvinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor, delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the ground realities and the value of essential resources like food and water.
A unique “Chabeel & Rukhan Da Langar” served sweet water and snacks while distributing over 500 saplings, promoting Green India, Clean India.The university recognized core team members (4th class employees) by gifting them eco-friendly jute bags, advocating for minimal plastic use.
