MLA Dr. Ishank inaugurated Sewerage

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Dec 15 :  Taking another step for the development of Jaitpur village, Chabbewal MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar inaugurated the Sewerage Pipeline Project. The project, to be completed at a cost of around Rs 25 lakh, is important for health and environmental improvements to the villagers and establishment of sound sewage management. On this occasion, the MLA also approved many other development projects for village Jaitpur. He issued grants of Rs 10 lakh for the construction of the crematorium and 2 lakh for repair of existing crematorium , Rs 5 lakh for the gym, Rs 3 lakh for the dispensary and Rs 2 lakh for the football club. Dr. Ishank Kumar said that he is working to ensure equal progress in every village of the constituency. He said, “It is my responsibility to take care of every village in the constituency. I am working relentlessly to fulfill the responsibility given to me by the villagers. All-round development of the constituency is my priority.” Sarpanch Baljit Kaur, Sarabjit Singh Bhola, Jitinder Singh Raju, Joginder Pal, Harpal Singh, Kashmir Kaur, Paramjit Kaur, and Pavitar Kaur were present on this occasion. Sarpanch Baljit Kaur appreciated Dr. Ishank’s efforts and hoped that this project would prove to be instrumental in keeping the village clean and for better health of the people by reducing the risk of diseases. Shr, on behalf of the villagers thanked MLA calling his efforts a monumental contribution to the development of the village. Addressing the audience, Dr. Ishank said that equipping every village of the constituency with modern facilities and carrying out all kinds of development work is his priority. He said that with these projects being implemented in Jaitpur village, there will be further improvement in the field of education, health and sports of the village.
