Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar/ May 6/Daljeet Ajnoha : Following the directions of National Legal Services Authority and Member Secretary of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, the local District and Sessions Judge Priya Sood said that a National Lok Adalat will be organized on May 10 here.
Giving details, the District and Sessions Judge Priya Sood said that the national lok adalat would resolve the cases of compromise that have come in the judicial and pre-litigation stage by mutual consent. She said that pension cases, land acquisition cases, revenue cases, BSNL cases will be sorted out in this National Lok Adalat. Besides this, the cases related to services including insurance company related cases, finance matters, bank loan related cases, water bill, criminal negotiable cases, cheque bounce related cases, motor accident claim cases, tribunal related cases, matrimonial disputes, traffic challan, labour dispute cases, electricity cases and other negotiable cases will be heard.
