On the occasion of screening

Today here the screening of the film “Gold Medal Da Dahej” Directed by Director Ashok Puri and written by Avinash Rai Khanna Ji was held in the auditorium of S.D. College, Hoshiarpur. Sh. Avinash Rai Khanna , President of College Managing Committee Hema Sharma, Secretary Sh. Gopal, Cashier Pramod Sharma and Principal Savita Gupta were specially present on this occasion. The screening program was moderated by the film’s director Ashok Puri and Professor Prashant Sethi. The story of the film revolves around the curse of Dowry, Poverty and Problems of the blind students. On this occasion artists of the film Roshni (Nancy Arora), Vikramjeet (Ajay Sehdev), Inspector (Ramesh Kumar), Dr. Balli (M. Zamil Balli) and Leader (Ashok Puri) interacted with the audience. Story writer of the film Avinash Rai Khanna shared his views with the students after the completion of the screening of the film. He asked the young boys and girls to get rid of this curse of dowry. He congratulated director- actor Ashok Puri for successful production of the story on this occasion. Dr. Manjit Kaur, Dr. Monica, Dr. Gurcharan, Dr. Sachin, Prof. Prabhkiran, Prof. Manpreet and Prof. Neha made special contribution to make this program successful. On this occasion college Principal Dr. Savita Gupta, President Hema Sherma, Secretary Sh. Gopal and Cashier Pramod Sharma felicitated Sh. Avinash Rai Khanna, Director Ashok Puri, Artists Dr. M. Zamil Balli, Nancy Arora, Ajay Sehdev and Ramesh Kumar.
