The Deputy Speaker inaugurated development works in four government schools at a cost of 16.31 lakh rupees
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha /April 25 : The main objective of the Punjab Shiksha Kranti campaign launched by the Government of Punjab is to provide the best facilities to the schools in every aspect by strengthening the infrastructure of the government schools so that the students of the government schools can be empowered in the era of modern education. This idea was expressed by the Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly, Jai Krishan Singh Rouri, during the inauguration of the development works at the cost of 16.31 lakh rupees in four government schools of the Garhshankar Vidhan Sabha constituency.
He inaugurated a wall in Government Primary School Satnaur, a classroom in Government Primary School Salempur, a wall in Government Primary School Kitna and a classroom in Government Primary School Moranwali.
The Deputy Speaker said that the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan Record development work has been done considering government schools and health institutions in poor condition as priority areas. As a result, students of government schools are achieving high achievements in every field. He said that the education revolution will become the basis of our state’s progress and children from ordinary homes will reach great heights by studying in government schools. On this occasion, he said that the Punjab government has set a record by providing government jobs to 54 thousand youth so far. On this occasion, he also specially honored the promising students. Panchayat members of the village and officials of the education department were also present on this occasion.
