A ‘Voter Awareness’ campaign was held at village Boothgarh under the leadership of Dr. Gurjeet Singh, Principal of Rayat-Bahra Institute of Engineering and Nano Technology.
Sharing details, Principal Dr. Gurjeet Singh said that the aim of the campaign was to raise awareness among villagers about the significance of voting in the upcoming Panchayat elections and to ensure that every eligible voter is informed about their voting rights. College students actively engaged with the villagers, explaining the importance of voting in detail.
Simarpreet Singh, head of the Computer Science Engineering and IT Department, outlined the campaign and ensured its alignment with the college’s objectives. The villagers appreciated Rayat-Bahra’s efforts in running this campaign. Dr. Gaurav Parashar, Eng. Chetna Saini, and Eng. Geetinder Saini were also present on the occasion.
