Special Diwali Celebrated with Special

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnhoha/Oct.16 : Sahara Welfare Society celebrated this year’s Diwali festival in a heartwarming and creative manner with specially-abled children. At the Government Senior Secondary School, Janauri, these children showcased creatively designed lamps and candles at an attractive stall, aimed at encouraging their creativity and self-reliance.On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh, along with the Red Cross Society, Hoshiarpur, distributed school bags, utensils, and ration kits to the children. English Lecturer Renu Bala contributed significantly to the decoration of Diwali items, enhancing the visual appeal of the stall.Concluding the event, Society President Renu Kanwar expressed special gratitude to Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain and Red Cross Secretary Mangesh Sood for their valuable support in this inspiring initiative.The celebration witnessed the presence of several dignitaries including Sahara Welfare Society President Renu Kanwar, Ranjit Singh, Anju Bala, Shyam Kaur, and Principal Ranjit Singh, among others.
