Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/May 1 :  On the occasion of Yamini Gomer as the Acting President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (SC Department), the Congress workers of the district organized a function at District Congress Office, Hoshiarpur under the leadership of Pankaj Kripal Advocate, State Member, Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee. The Advocate said that the appointment of Yamini Gomer as the Acting President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (SC Department) has created enthusiasm among the grassroots workers of the Congress. Pankaj Kripal said that on the recommendation of Congress state president Amarinder Singh Raja Waring, Charanjit Singh Channi former Chief Minister, Rajinder Gautam President All India Congress (SC Department), Rahul Gandhi has given this honor to a Dalit woman.
