Youth Excel in “Sachdeva Stocks

Hoshiarpur/ Oct 24 /Daljeet Ajnoha— The Bal Bal Seva Society, under the leadership of its president Harikrishan Kajla, organized the grand conclusion of the “Sachdeva Stocks Diamond of Knowledge Season 4”, an event aimed at inspiring youth to embrace Punjabi culture, moral values, family bonding, and respect for elders.During the closing ceremony, cash prizes were awarded to the winners from two competition categories. The Managing Director of Sachdeva Stocks, Paramjit Singh Sachdeva, attended the event along with families of the 60 shortlisted participants. The online contest, which ran for two months, attracted 1,188 participants and was divided into two age groups — one for children under 16 and another for youth aged 16 to 30.Contestants earned daily online points for responding to questions on Punjabi heritage, waking up early, respecting elders, and spending time with family instead of using mobile phones. A panel of ten judges assessed their performances.At the final round held today at Sachdeva Stocks’ head office, top performers received their prizes. In the 16–30 age category, Tania secured the first position and won ₹21,000, followed by Wavleen Bhatia with ₹11,000, and Inderpreet Singh, who won ₹5,100. In the under-16 group, Harmanat Kaur bagged the first prize of ₹11,000, while Kinshuk Sandal and Avantika Thakur received ₹5,100 and ₹3,100, respectively.Society president Harikrishan Kajla congratulated the winners and encouraged all participants to continue practicing the values of cultural pride and family unity. Karamjit Kaur, Chairperson of the District Planning Board, and Sandeep Saini attended as special guests.The event’s success was made possible through the dedicated contribution of Sandeep Sharma (James Cambridge School), Rajneesh Reeya (Ajjowal School), Preeti Sharma (Delhi International), Surabhi (Delhi International), Sapna Sharma (Delhi International), Varuna Sharma, Shashi Gautam (S.D.
