Hoshiarpur /Daljeet Ajnoha/Nov.10 :  MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today held a special public hearing at the Tehsil office in Hoshiarpur to address complaints related to the Revenue Department. Mayor Surinder Kumar, SDM Gursimranjeet Kaur, Tehsildar Bheem Sen, and Naib Tehsildar Hridayveer Singh were also present on the occasion.During the hearing, MLA Jimpa attentively listened to citizens’ grievances pertaining to mutation, land records, registration, and complaints at the Patwari level. He emphasized that timely resolution of public complaints is a top priority of the government, and this special hearing was organized with that objective in mind. Most of the cases were resolved on the spot in the presence of concerned officials, providing immediate relief to the complainants.MLA Jimpa said that listening to the people’s problems directly and ensuring their redressal is both his duty and commitment. He urged residents to reach out to him or the relevant administrative officials without hesitation if they have any pending issues related to the Revenue Department, assuring them of transparent and fair solutions.He added that the government stands firmly with the people and is taking every possible step to ensure justice for each citizen. Jimpa also announced that similar public hearings will continue to be organized regularly in the future to address issues promptly and effectively.Prominent attendees included Advocate Amarjot Saini, Kulwinder Singh Hundal, and Varinder Vaid, among others.
