Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/July 23 :
Players from Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary Model School, Shimla Pahari, Hoshiarpur, delivered an outstanding performance at the 8th Punjab Taekwondo Cup 2026, held in Royal City, Patiala, on May 23–24, 2026, winning a total of 15 medals and bringing pride to both the school and the district.
Representing the school, Ansh, Rachit, Vansh Rana, Ishant, Sahib, Dhruv, Sajan, Manveer, Saurav, and Danish showcased exceptional skill and determination to secure gold medals.
Harkirat Kumar and Dilpreet put up impressive performances to claim silver medals.
Additionally, Vansh, Armaan, and Sohan earned bronze medals, making a valuable contribution to the school’s overall success.
This remarkable achievement is a testament to the players’ hard work and dedication, as well as the expert guidance and continuous training provided by their coach, Chetna.
