Chandigarh/Daljeet Ajnoha/May 24 : Surendra Agarwal, State President of the Akhil Bharatiya Agarwal Sammelan (Punjab), paid a courtesy visit today to Punjab’s Finance Minister, Hon’ble Mr. Harpal Singh Cheema, and Senior Supreme Court Advocate Mr. Ajay Jain in Chandigarh.
During the meeting, Mr. Surendra Agarwal briefed the Minister on the wide range of social, religious, and community service activities being carried out by the Agarwal community across Punjab. Impressed by the community’s initiatives, Minister Harpal Singh Cheema appreciated the proactive role of the Agarwal community and said, “The Punjab government stands firmly with the Agarwal community and is committed to supporting all efforts for its welfare and development.”
Mr. Agarwal also announced that this year, Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti will be celebrated with great enthusiasm, unity, and grandeur throughout Punjab. He stated that the event will showcase the strength of community unity and will include several social reform initiatives aimed at uplifting and empowering society.
