Mahilpur / Daljeet Ajnoha/August 04 : Punjab University Chandigarh has extended the last date for admissions without late fee till August 11 for various courses under the 2025-26 academic session, giving a fresh opportunity to students who were unable to enroll earlier.
Dr. Manjit Kaur, Principal of Sri Guru Har Rai Sahib College for Women, Chabbewal, which functions under the patronage of “Panth Rattan” Singh Sahib Jathedar Sant Baba Nihal Singh Ji (Harian Vellan), warmly welcomed and appreciated this decision.
She stated that girls who missed admission due to any reason can now enroll without late fees in courses like B.A., B.Com, B.C.A., B.Sc (Fashion Designing), M.Com, PG Diploma in Fashion Designing, etc., as the new academic session has already started and regular classes are in progress.
The principal further highlighted that the college provides special fee concessions for: Two sisters studying together, Fatherless girls, Meritorious students, Amritdhari (baptized) Sikh girls, Local girls from Chabbewal
Affordable bus service is also available for commuting students. Additionally, top-performing students in university examinations are awarded cash prizes and certificates of honor.
