Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Dec.5 : A free dental checkup camp was organized for children at Rayat Bahra International School. On this occasion, the school’s principal, Dr. Hardeep Singh, emphasized that such programs are organized with the children’s health in mind, aiming to encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
During the camp, Dr. Sukhmeet Bedi examined the children’s teeth and provided valuable tips on proper dental care. He advised that regular teeth cleaning and maintaining a balanced diet can help reduce dental problems. Additionally, he recommended that children brush their teeth twice daily and avoid consuming excessive sugary foods. The event helped the children understand the importance of dental hygiene and how to take care of their teeth.
