Late Prakash Kaur’s eyes

Prominent writer Amrik Singh Dayal and social worker Narinder Singh Soni Dayal,s Mother Prakash Kaur (85) passed away on August 18 in her native village Kalewal Beet. On As per the family’s decision Late Mata Prakash Kaur’s eyes were donated to Punarjot Eye Bank Ludhiana after her death, which were received by Dr. Rachpal Singh of Ludhiana who reached the spot and were transplanted. Dr. Rachpal Singh appreciated the decision of the Dayal family and appealed to the people to join this welfare work. This commendable step of the family was also appreciated by various political leaders, social service organizations, employee organizations and the general public. Late Mata Prakash Kaur’s Bhog and Antim Ardas will be held on Sunday, September 1 at Gurdwara Singh Sabha Kalewal Beet.
