Hoshiarpur /Daljeet Ajnoha/July 31 : Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU), Punjab, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aspiring Leaders India Foundation (ALIF), the India Foundry for Aspire Institute, an independent nonprofit organization originally founded at Harvard University.
The MoU was formally signed by Prof. (Dr.) B. S. Satyal, Pro Vice Chancellor, LTSU, and Ms. Mansi Dholakia, Director, Aspiring Leaders India Foundation,
Prof. (Dr.) A. S. Chawla, Vice Chancellor, LTSU, highlighted the importance of the collaboration and its potential benefits for students. He emphasized that the initiative would help students move beyond classroom learning to become confident, future-ready professionals equipped with leadership skills and a global outlook
The collaboration will focus on strengthening communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and leadership competencies, enabling students to develop skills required in today’s rapidly evolving professional world. It will also create avenues for leadership workshops, career-readiness sessions, entrepreneurship interactions, mentoring, networking and other student-development initiatives. Eligible students may further explore fellowships, grants and other opportunities offered through the Aspire ecosystem, subject to applicable criteria.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Mr Vimal Roy Manhotra, CEO LTSU, Dr Labh Singh, Professor of Practice, Deans, Heads of Departments and senior faculty members from across LTSU, reflecting the university-wide importance of the collaboration.
Ms. Mansi Dholakia engaged with faculty members and explained the Aspire Leaders Program, its structure, objectives and student outcomes. .
