Ravinder Pal Singh Appointed DCP (

Amritsar / Daljeet Ajnoha / August 17 : In transfers announced by the state government for the police department, PPS officer Ravinder Pal Singh has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order) in Amritsar. Notably, before this posting he was serving as DCP (Investigation) in Amritsar. Residents say his appointment is expected to bring firmer and more decisive law-and-order management to the city.
