₹42-Lakh Road to Connect Bahadurpur

Hoshiarpur/ Oct. 26/Daljeet Ajnoha — Giving a push to development initiatives in his constituency, Hoshiarpur MLA Bramh Shanker Jimpa on Sunday inaugurated the construction of a new road linking Bahadurpur to Basi Ghulam Hussain via Narayan Nagar. The project was launched from Almariwala Chowk in Bahadurpur.Jimpa stated that the road, estimated to cost around ₹42 lakh, would significantly improve local connectivity and ease commuting for residents. He assured that the construction work would be carried out with total transparency and strict quality standards, emphasizing that any negligence in execution would not be tolerated.Highlighting the state government’s commitment to development, the MLA said that under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s leadership, Punjab is witnessing renewed impetus in infrastructure projects. He mentioned that incomplete works are being expedited while new schemes are being rolled out to enhance public convenience.Among those present at the launch were Mayor Surinder Kumar, Joginder Raja, Sumesh Soni, Varinder Vaid, Surinder Bhogal, Rakesh Kumar Billa, Harminder Singh Gopi, and Avtar Singh, along with several other dignitaries.
