Bram Shankar Jimpa: Government prioritises

Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/August 2 : Calling the Punjab Government’s education-reform drive a decisive step toward empowering students, MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa distributed school bags to senior-class students at Government Senior Secondary School, Ajjowal, on Friday.
Jimpa said the Bhagwant Singh Mann-led government is continuously working to give a new identity to the state’s public education system. Modern school buildings, smart classrooms, improved basic amenities and provision of essential academic materials form part of this vision, he added. “The distribution of school bags is not merely handing out items; it is an effort to boost students’ confidence and encourage them to pursue education in a better environment,” he said.
Urging students to study with dedication, Jimpa appealed to them to make their parents, school and district proud. “Education is the means that gives wings to children’s dreams, and the Punjab Government is ensuring that no student’s schooling is affected due to lack of resources,” he said.
The school management welcomed the MLA and lauded the government’s initiatives in the education sector. Principal In-charge Amrik Singh, teachers, school staff, students and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
