MasterChef Finalist Gurkirat Singh, leading food bloggers and prominent food brands to be part of the two-day festival
Hoshiarpur: RJ Creators, in collaboration with Food & Craft Institute, Hoshiarpur, is organising the two-day ‘Wakhra Swaad Food Festival’ on October 24-25, 2026 at Roshan Ground, Hoshiarpur.
The event poster was jointly unveiled by MasterChef India Finalist and Brand Ambassador Gurkirat Singh, Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur Ashika Jain, and Vishwanath “Bunty”, owner of Principal Sponsor Hotel Royal Plaza.
Renowned food blogger Gagan Pettoo Singh, along with prominent food bloggers and influencers from across India, are expected to participate and will also be honoured at the event. Saagar Ratna, Barbeque Nation and Wok Singh, among other major food brands, are likely to participate.
The festival will feature regional and fusion food, live cooking, entertainment, shopping and a fun zone, while providing a platform to local food entrepreneurs and businesses.
Event Coordinator Renu Kanwar said that an event of this scale and concept has probably never been organised in Hoshiarpur, and perhaps even in Punjab. She said the people of Hoshiarpur will not only enjoy the festival but remember it for a long time.
