Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/August 5 :
“Pran Daan-Sankalp Sanrakshan Ka” campaign was started in the memory of Swami Shri Alkhanand Maharaj Ji at Alakh Amar Vivechan Pratyakshalay located in Mahilpur on Sunday. On this occasion, Swami Shri Vishesanand Ji and Vedanta Prabodh Samiti planted trees and gave the message of saving the environment to the general public. Swami Ji called for making the plantation campaign a success and also emphasized that along with planting trees, they should also be protected.
He said that plantation is necessary to save this environment. If this problem is not paid attention to in time, then in the coming time we will have to face problems like water and air crisis. Planting trees to protect nature is as important as oxygen is necessary for people to breathe.
On this occasion, about 200 plants were planted by Alakh Amar Vivechan Pratyakshalay, which include mango, peepal, neem, banyan, jamun, teak etc. Swami Shri Visheshnand Ji said that such efforts to save the environment will continue in the future as well from Alakh Amar Vivechan Directorate.
